GetMEDS Philippines Inc. is seeking a Medical Sales Representative for the Vigan territory to promote our pharmaceutical and healthcare products to doctors, hospitals, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.

This role emphasizes extensive fieldwork, relationship building, product detailing, and sales execution to achieve targets. The position requires strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a medical-related field or related business degree.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills required.
• Sales-driven with a passion for relationship-building with doctors, hospitals and pharmacists.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving product offerings and customer needs.
• Fieldwork from Monday to Friday; work-from-home on Saturdays may be required.

Responsibilities

• Promote company pharmaceutical products through regular hospital, clinic and healthcare professional visits.
• Conduct product detailing, presentations and demonstrations to doctors, pharmacists and others.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, KOLs, and hospital personnel.
• Achieve sales targets and territory coverage objectives.
• Plan and manage daily fieldwork, call schedules and territory activities.
• Organize product launches and promotional activities; prepare sales reports.

Job Summary

The Medical Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling the company's pharmaceutical and healthcare products to doctors, hospitals, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals within the assigned territory. This role requires extensive fieldwork, relationship building, product presentations, and the execution of sales and marketing activities to achieve sales targets while strengthening the company's presence in key hospital accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote the company's pharmaceutical products through regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals within the assigned territory.


• Conduct product detailing, presentations, and demonstrations to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.


• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and hospital personnel.


• Achieve assigned sales targets and territory coverage objectives.


• Plan and manage daily fieldwork activities, call schedules, and territory coverage.


• Organize and participate in product launches, medical meetings, and promotional activities.


• Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and activity reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any Medical-related course, Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
