Job summary

IDS Medical Systems Philippines, Inc. is seeking a field sales professional responsible for awareness, distribution and continuous medical education of medical equipment and consumables to stakeholders.

You will build client relationships, drive sales, and coordinate product demos with clinical specialists to train customers. The role requires a nursing/medical background, several years of medical sales experience, and willingness to travel across priority areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Medical Science, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in medical industry.
• Highly independent with target-driven mindset.
• Knowledgeable with government biddings.
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within priority areas.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word).
• Fluent in English and Filipino.

This position is responsible for providing awareness, distribution and continuous medical education of medical equipment and consumable products to all stakeholders of IDS Medical Systems Philippines, Inc.

Core responsibilities:

• Build and manage the relationship with an assigned set of customers in order to achieve the goals and objectives of sales target.


• Ensure customer positive experience.


• Develop new account relationships in the assigned territory to enhance customer penetration.


• Proactively identify opportunities/new sales lead, understand customer requirements, prepare quotation, follow up and monitor closely to win deals.


• Work closely with Clinical application specialist to organize product demo and facilitate customer training.

Minimum Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Medical Science, or equivalent


• With at least three (2-3) years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical industry


• Highly independent and motivated with the commitment to reach sales target


• Knowledgeable with government biddings


• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.


• Amenable to travel around our priority areas of assignment


• Adept in MS Office applications ie. Excel, Word


• Required language(s): English, Filipino
