Medical Sales Representative

Location

Quezon City, Camanava, Manila (NCR)

Experience

At least 3 years of experience in sales of vials.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company’s products to physicians and retail pharmacies, establishing long‑term relationships with clients.
• Drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts and assigned budgets are met or exceeded to achieve territory expectations.
• Serve as the company’s primary gateway to new business with hospitals, physicians’ offices, and specialty groups within the industry.
• Engage in dialogues with healthcare professionals about the product’s efficacy and safety profiles and approved indications.
• Collaborate with the supervisor/sales manager to develop a local strategy and business plan to meet or exceed local sales.
• Adhere to guidelines and regulations pertaining to dealings with medical professionals and distribution of products.
• Travel extensively throughout the assigned area.
• Remain flexible and willing to conduct fieldwork in QC, Camanava, and Manila.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or College Degree in Marketing, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Pharmacy/Pharmacology, Nursing, or equivalent.
• 1‑4 years of experience in retail/general sales or equivalent.
• Assertive, motivated, dynamic personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and influencing skills; capable of working as part of a team.
