Job summary

Vintel Med Enterprises in Isabela is seeking a Medical Sales Representative for REGION 2 / CAGAYAN with at least three years of experience in VIALS.

As a Medical Sales Representative, you will represent the company to physicians and retail pharmacies, build long-term relationships, drive sales, and meet territory forecasts. Travel is extensive; preference for residents of Cagayan.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s or College Degree in Marketing, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Pharmacy/Pharmacology, Nursing, or equivalent.
• Preferably 1–4 years experience in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
• Driven and goal-oriented with excellent personal presentation and teamwork.
• Excellent communication, organization, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company’s products to physicians and retail pharmacies while establishing long-term relationships with clients.
• Drive sales performance and ensure forecasts and budgets are met or exceeded for the territory.
• Serve as the company’s gateway to new business with hospitals, physicians’ offices, and specialty groups within the industry.
• Develop a local strategy and business plan with the Supervisor/Sales Manager to meet or exceed sales in the assigned area; extensive travel required.
• Adhere to guidelines and regulations pertaining to dealings with medical professionals and product distribution.

As a Medical Sales Representative, you are responsible for representing the company’s products to physicians, and retail pharmacies while establishing long-term relationships with the client. The Medical Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales performance and ensuring sales forecasts and assigned budgets to meet or exceed territory expectations. The Medical Sales Representative will also serve as the company's primary gateway to new business with hospitals, physicians' offices, and specialty groups within the industry.

• Undergo and complete all training requirements by the company and should be familiarized with the company products.
• Ability to engage in dialogue with healthcare professionals about the company product’s efficacy and safety profiles as well as the approved indications.
• Possess an assertive, motivated, dynamic personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• You will work closely with the Supervisor/Sales Manager to develop a local strategy and business plan to meet or exceed sales in the assigned area. This role will require extensive travel throughout the assigned area.
• Adhere to all guidelines and regulations pertaining to dealings with medical professionals, and the distribution of products.
• Flexible and willing to do fieldwork in REGION 2/ CAGAYAN.

Area: Preferably a Resident of CAGAYAN.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's or College Degree, Marketing, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Pharmacy/Pharmacology, Nursing, or equivalent.
• Preferably 1-4 years experience specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
• A driven and goal-oriented person with excellent personal presentation skills and the ability to work as part of a team
• The candidate must possess excellent communication, organization, and influencing skills.
