Job summary

IQVIA LLC is seeking a hospital-focused pharma sales professional to operate across Manila territories including Makati, Pasay, and Quezon City. You will manage hospital accounts, drive formulary inclusion, and engage pharmacists and doctors to expand product adoption.

Candidates should have pharma/biosimilar sales experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to handle rejection. A driving license with a personal car is a plus for field mobility and allowances.

Qualifications

• Relevant pharma and/or biosimilar medical sales experience.
• Experience in hospital account management.
• Experience in driving hospital formulary inclusion and engaging key hospital stakeholders.
• Experience in pharmacy dispensing sales channel.
• Track record of meeting sales quota.
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe them to pharmacists and doctors.

• Experience in cardiometabolic/diabetology therapy area is a plus.

You will be assigned to one of the territories below: Manila Muntinlupa, Pasay, Las Pinas, Paranaque Quezon City Makati

Required Experience

• Relevant pharma and/or biosimilar medical sales experience
• Experience in hospital account management
• Experience in driving hospital formulary inclusion and engaging key hospital stakeholders
• Experience with pharmacy dispensing sales channel
• Track record of successfully meeting sales quota
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to pharmacists and doctors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in cardiometabolic/diabetology therapy area will be an added advantage
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
• High school specialist healthcare diploma, BSc/BA will be a plus
• Require Driving license with personal car will be receiving additional allowance
