Job summary

A. Menarini Philippines Inc. is seeking a Pharmacy Representative to drive pharmacist engagement and coverage to support business objectives across the Philippines. You will focus on pharmacist detailing, call rate targets, and in-store program execution.

Ideal candidates have a business or life sciences background with strong communication skills and a willingness to operate nationwide in the Philippines. Driving is required and flexibility to travel as needed is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Related or Life Science fields.
• Fresh graduates or 1–3 years in MNC Pharmaceutical or FMCG is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines.
• Valid non-pro driving license and driving skills; pass the driving test.

Responsibilities

• Ensure target call rate and frequency is achieved.
• Use pharmacist detailing tools and evaluate messaging effectiveness.
• Ensure on-time, in-full execution of in-store programs.
• Manage SKU availability through ordering trends and coordinate with KAMs.
• Monitor sell-out and suggest trade activities to accelerate sales.

About the Job

As a Pharmacy Representative for Menarini, you will be responsible in driving the effective coverage of pharmacies or pharmacists to support the achievement of A. Menarini's strategic business objectives.

Responsibilities

Call Rate & Frequency

• Ensures that the target call rate and frequency is achieved

Call Productivity via Pharmacist Detailing

• Ensures the usage of pharmacist detailing tools
• Evaluates the effectivity of the message conveyed during detailing

Priority Activity Execution

• Ensures 100% on time, in full execution of in-store programs (eg: displays, promo pack availability and visibility, etc.)

MCL OSA & Buying

• Ensures the optimal SKUs are available at the right doors at any given point in time through availability check, monitoring ordering vs trend, and influencing suggested orders at the pharmacy level and coordinating this to the KAMs for the Head Office Intervention

Sell Out

• Monitors sell out performance and suggests strategic or tactical activities that can accelerate sell out at the trade level

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holder’s in any Business Related or Life Science courses
• Fresh graduate may apply an 1- 3 years work experience in MNC Pharmaceutical or FMCG Company is an advantage
• Good communication skills
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines
• Valid non-pro driver’s license, with driving skills and should passed the driving test
