Job summary

A. Menarini Philippines Inc. is seeking a Medical Representative to drive demand for Menarini brands and grow business across the Philippines. You will maintain relationships with existing customers and pursue new opportunities.

The role requires 3+ years of pharma experience, a nursing/pharmacy/medical technology background, and a valid driving license. You will conduct product detailing, CME activities, and field marketing while reporting progress to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, or Medical Technology is an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years work experience as a Medical Representative in Pharmaceutical setting is a must.
• Good communication skills are essential.
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines.
• Valid non-pro driver’s license with driving skills and must pass the driving test.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory sales plans by product and customer; report results monthly.
• Achieve sales targets per monthly/quarterly plan and expand existing accounts.
• Make itineraries and daily activity reports; expand market share.
• Implement marketing activities: product detailing, CME programs, and round table discussions.
• Promote products with strong product knowledge and ethical materials usage.
