The ideal candidate has a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy or related fields, with strong communication and negotiation skills, and is willing to conduct

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Residing in Alfonso, Cavite.
• Experience in medical/pharmaceutical sales is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to do fieldwork.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service.
• Promotes products and communicates benefits to healthcare professionals.
• Sets marketing schedules and coordinates with colleagues and external partners to implement strategies.
• Tracks sales data and works to meet quotas or sales team goals.
• Analyzes trends, data, demographics, and pricing to improve performance.
• Develops sales strategies for various products and services.
• Contributes information and research to marketing strategies.
• Creates and presents regular performance reports for managers.
• Assigns sales staff to projects or client accounts as needed.
• Assists with interviews and direction of marketing and sales teams.

About the role

We are seeking a committed and results-driven Medical Representative to contribute to the advancement of the business through client acquisition, strong relationship management, product promotion, and the achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with healthcare professionals and clients, effectively communicating product information and identifying new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service.

• Answers questions from clients about product and service benefits.

• Sets marketing schedules and coordinates with colleagues, sponsors, media representatives, and other professionals to implement strategies across multiple channels.

• Tracks sales data and works to meet quotas or sales team goals.

• Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information to improve marketing and sales performance.

• Develops sales strategies and approaches for various products and services, such as special promotions, sponsored events, etc.

• Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies.

• Creates and presents regular performance reports for managers and executives.

• Assigns specific sales employees to do marketing and sales projects or client accounts as needed.

• Assists with interviews, hiring, managing, and directing members of the company's marketing and sales teams.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Medical Technology, Nursing, Biology, or any related field.

• Residing in Alfonso, Cavite.

• Experience as a Medical Representative or in pharmaceutical sales is an advantage.

• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to do fieldwork.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
