Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Follow up on 50-60 assigned cases daily.
• Obtain complete and accurate information requested by clients.
• Maintain turnaround times within 5-6 business days.
• Retrieve a minimum of 8 medical records daily.
