The role emphasizes high-volume data handling, collaboration with the operations leadership, and a commitment to quality. Work setup is on-site with rotating shifts and a 2-day rest week.

Role: Order Processing Specialist

Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary

Work Schedule: Rotating Shifts

Rest Days: 2 days per week

Work Setup: WFO (Brgy Saguin, San Fernando, Pampanga)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate price and stock status data across our supplier network, updating systems to reflect real-time market conditions.
• Process customer orders quickly and accurately, managing order entry and workflow.
• Monitor order status across vendors and escalat e issues that need management attention.
• Identify process bottlenecks and flag opportunities for workflow improvements.
• Collaborate with the ops leadership team to identify scaling and quality opportunities.

Qualifications:

• 6 months–2 years of experience in data entry, order operations, or a similar high-volume, accuracy-focused role.
• Ability to manage high volume without sacrificing quality or accuracy.
• You're detail-oriented and can follow a process while flagging exceptions.
• Comfort with spreadsheets, databases, or order management systems.
• You thrive in structured environments where you know what success looks like.
• Reliable and punctual — this role depends on you showing up and delivering.

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience in healthcare procurement or medical supply ordering;
• BPO or outsourced operations background;
• Experience with supply chain or inventory management workflows; and
• Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues independently.
