Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative for medical laboratory equipment based in San Juan, Metro Manila. The role focuses on promoting laboratory analyzers to hospitals and clinics, building a robust client network, and meeting sales targets.

The ideal candidate has a medical background, at least two years field sales experience in healthcare equipment, and proven ability to present, demonstrate, quote, and negotiate with medical professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in medical science or related field.
• At least two years of field sales experience in medical lab analyzers.
• Experience in B2B sales, account management, and client relationships within healthcare.
• Knowledge of hematology, chemistry, immunoassay analyzers is preferred.
• Willing to travel regularly for client visits.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell medical laboratory analyzers to hospitals and labs.
• Identify potential customers and expand client network.
• Conduct field visits, product presentations, and demonstrations.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and other documents required during the sales process.
• Maintain relationships and provide timely assistance regarding product inquiries and concerns.
• Coordinate with technical and service teams for installations and training.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets and submit regular sales activity reports.
