Job summary

Getz Healthcare Pty Limited seeks ten high-potential graduates or professionals to drive demand and manage territory sales across Visayas and Mindanao. Successful candidates undergo an intensive 8-week paid training with re-valida under a Training Consultant, prior to deployment in their respective regions.

Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, building customer relationships, coordinating with the sales team, and managing accounts receivable while adhering to company SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Pharmacy, Medical Technology, Nursing or allied medical fields.
• Freshers welcome or non-sales professionals seeking pharma/medical device experience.
• At least 1 year experience in pharmaceutical selling or PRC RM is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong selling and account management abilities.
• Proactive, independent and results oriented.

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales targets via new accounts and leads.
• Penetrate new business and execute marketing programs.
• Gather and analyze data to inform decisions.
• Present territory performance in business reviews.
• Deliver product messages during calls with customers.
• Profile and target territory customers for its master plan.
• Coordinate with Sales Team to meet targets and develop accounts.
• Prepare proposals to drive product demand and growth.
• Manage receivables for cash sales.
• Adhere to policies and complete required reports.
• Build strong relationships with customers and gatekeepers.
• Coordinate bidding requirements as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
