Job summary

Getz Healthcare Pty Limited in the Philippines seeks a field-based sales professional to ensure product availability at Trade Accounts across Rizal, San Mateo, Marikina, Palawan and parts of QC. You will drive sales, forecasting, AR, returns and customer calls to meet targets.

The role requires hospital/medical device or pharmaceutical sales experience, strong relationship-building with trade customers, and proficiency in CRM and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Business Administration, or related healthcare field.
• Minimum 1–2 years in hospital sales, medical devices, or pharmaceutical sales, preferably multinational.
• Proven track record in B2B sales, account management, and customer relationship development.

Responsibilities

• Achieves targets in Sales, Forecast, AR, Returns and Customer Calls.
• Executes Master Productivity Plan (MPP) and stocking plan.
• Develops rapport with trade customers to strengthen relationships.
• Gathers market insights and recommends action plans to boost sales.
• Submits standard reports: WER, MPP, Collection Tracker, Weekly Forecast, and ad hoc reports.
• Implements Trade Marketing Programs and conducts post-activity reports.
• Upholds Getz Healthcare Code of Conduct and manages company assets.
