Japanese Help Desk Inc. is seeking a healthcare support role to assist patients in navigating hospital departments and coordinating patient-doctor consultations. You will prepare consultations, medical documents, and ensure smooth CMS-related and insurance processes.
Responsibilities include coordinating admissions and follow-ups, explaining patient conditions, and handling hospital invoices. A Nursing degree is required, and no work experience is necessary; fresh graduates are welcome.
Expand contracts to doctors to be medical providers.
Guide and assist patients in dealing with different departments of the hospital.
Arrangement of Patient-Doctor consultation, procedures, examination, and treatment schedules.
Prepares documents needed for the consultation and CMS (Laboratory results, X-Ray, CT-Scan, MRI, etc., claim forms, patient's chart).
Attend to the needs of the patient and medical provider during the consultation.
Inform and explain to the patient his/her condition and treatment/procedure/medication to carry out.
For admission cases, arrange all necessary documents (admission order, admission room, discharge order, medical certificate, and abstract, take-home medicines, etc.)
Obtain a statement of account from the medical provider.
Arrange Follow-ups if necessary.
Provide information to the insurance claim agent regarding the treatment of the patient on the same day.
Prepares documents such SOA, claim forms, insurance policy, passport, claim list, and other needed documents to be forwarded to Main Office.
Handle and be responsible for issuing the guarantee letter for hospital transactions as CMS (Cashless Medical Service).
Completion of required documents such as claim forms, invoices, medical certificates, insurance policy copies, and other supporting documents to be submitted to the insurance company.
In charge of paying hospital invoices to medical providers
Coordinate with hospital corporate health and wellness to update wellness package and ECU for patients and clients.
Coordinate with the Japanese Interpreter.
Provide medical interpretation either personally or over the phone.
