Job summary

Vector Outsourcing Solutions Philippines is seeking a healthcare customer service specialist to handle inbound calls from patients and providers. You will deliver accurate policy guidance, resolve issues, and document interactions while ensuring HIPAA compliance and data protection.

The role offers a remote working arrangement from the Philippines with a minimum consultancy contract of 6 months and a monthly salary of PHP 26,000–30,000.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of customer service, call center, or healthcare related experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of medical billing, insurance claims, and healthcare terminology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle inbound calls professionally and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent time management skills are essential.
• Must possess excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Proficient data entry skills, with a typing speed of 40 WPM or faster.
• Must demonstrate the ability to work with and protect confidential information.
• Open to consultancy contract minimum of 6 months
• Able to work from home with reliable internet and a backup connection.
