Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage patient appointments, follow-ups, and reminders.
• Handle calls, emails, and messages from patients and providers.
• Assist with medical billing, insurance verification, and claims processing.
• Maintain and update electronic health records and patient databases.
• Transcribe medical dictations and prepare reports and summaries.
• Conduct patient intake gathering medical history and symptoms.
• Provide admin support including document management and coordinating lab results.
