XMC BPO is seeking an ambitious, strategic Operations Leader to bridge business strategy with daily execution at our Kasambagan, Cebu City campus. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, optimize workflows, and drive performance across key departments through an intensive onboarding and leadership development process.

The role focuses on end-to-end project delivery, data-driven improvements, and preparing for expanded executive responsibilities.

Qualifications

• MBA required.

• Proven leadership potential and project management capabilities.
• Willing to work shifting schedule and onsite in Kasambagan, Cebu City.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operational projects to support growth targets.
• Analyze data and processes to remove bottlenecks and boost productivity.
• Partner with department heads to streamline day-to-day operations.
• Oversee rollout of SOPs and performance tracking systems.
• Prepare data-driven reports and strategic recommendations for executives.
• Participate in rotational modules across operational units for leadership development.
