Job summary

XMC BPO is seeking an ambitious, strategic Operations Leader to bridge business strategy with daily execution at our Kasambagan, Cebu City campus. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, optimize workflows, and drive performance across key departments through an intensive onboarding and leadership development process.

The role focuses on end-to-end project delivery, data-driven improvements, and preparing for expanded executive responsibilities.

We are seeking an ambitious, strategic, and execution-focused leader to bridge high-level business strategy with daily operational execution. In this role, you will lead cross-functional initiatives, optimize workflows, and drive organizational performance across key departments.

You will undergo an intensive, immersive onboarding and leadership development process to master our core business units while actively managing high-impact projects and preparing for expanded executive responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, track, and execute core operational projects from end-to-end to support key business growth targets.
• Analyze operational data and process workflows to eliminate bottlenecks, boost productivity, and implement scalable solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional department heads to streamline day-to-day operations, resolve operational friction, and maintain alignment across teams.
• Oversee the rollout of new operational standards, SOPs, and performance tracking systems across departments.
• Prepare and deliver data-driven analytical reports, progress updates, and strategic recommendations directly to executive leadership.
• Participate in strategic rotation modules across operational units to gain deep domain expertise and prepare for senior leadership roles.

Qualifications

Master of Business Administration (MBA) required.

Highly adaptable, proactive, and demonstrates strong business acumen with a high willingness to take ownership.

High-level written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels.

Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.

Strong leadership potential and demonstrated project management capabilities.

Must be willing to work in a shifting schedule (including potential night, weekend, or holiday shifts as operationally required).

Must be willing to work onsite in Kasambagan, Cebu City.
