Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field; master's preferred.
• 10 years in operations with 5 years in leadership.
• Experience managing multi-channel operations (B2B projects, wholesale, retail, supply chain) in furnishing, finishing materials, construction, or interior fit-out.

Responsibilities

• Translate business strategies into actionable operational plans and oversee implementation of key policies.
• Lead and align department heads across Warehouse, Sales, Purchasing, Customer Service, and Administration to achieve goals.
• Oversee warehousing, inventory, material flow, fulfilment and logistics for projects, distributors, showrooms, and clients.
