Job summary

Matimco, Inc. is seeking a Mastercraft Account Manager in the Philippines to drive growth by sourcing new leads, building client relationships, and converting opportunities into sales for residential and commercial cabinetry projects.

You will nurture a strong network with architects, interior designers, contractors, and other industry stakeholders, manage CRM records, and coordinate with Sales and Technical teams to prepare quotations and proposals.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Business-related, Engineering, or Architecture course.
• Experience in lead generation, client engagement, and business development in construction.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive a car.
• Existing network of Architects, Interior Designers, builder-contractors or decision makers is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Confident in corporate presentations and client meetings.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source qualified leads for residential and commercial cabinetry projects.
• Generate new business opportunities through online platforms, social media, referrals, networking events, property developments, architects, interior designers, contractors, and other relevant channels
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients.
• Qualify leads based on project requirements, budget, timeline, and decision-making authority.
• Maintain accurate and updated lead databases and CRM records.
• Engage prospective clients through calls, emails, messaging platforms, and face-to-face meetings.
• Build rapport and understand client needs and project requirements.
• Convert qualified leads into quotation requests and scheduled appointments with the Sales Designer or Sales Team.
• Achieve a minimum 30% conversion rate from endorsed qualified leads to quotation requests and client appointments.
• Coordinate with Sales and Technical teams to ensure timely preparation of quotations and proposals.

About you
