Job summary

Lear Corporation Philippines is seeking a Master Data Specialist to manage vendor and customer data. The role focuses on accurate ERP data entry, documentation audits, and ongoing data quality improvements to support business processes.

Ideal candidates have a 4-year degree in Finance/Accounting/Business and 1–2 years of Master Data experience, with strong English communication and advanced MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).
• Experience with SAP, QAD, SRM or PeopleSoft is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access.

Responsibilities

• Receive Vendor/Customer account creation or modification requests from internal Customers.
• Audit supporting documentation for the creation of Vendor /Customer account.
• Update key information required for new entries into the ERP Databases.
• Process all modifications requested and supported for suppliers or customers in the relevant ERP database.
• Perform data quality updates as requested by the data quality group and/or data stewards.
• Maintain adherence to data process standards, governance, and internal audit requirements.
• Continuous adaptation of Master Data processes to meet current business needs.
• Recommend improvements to processes.
• Respond to requestor issues and provide the first level of issue resolution.
• Maintain relations with requestors in various business units and key Finance/Accounting/Procurement/Sales associates to ensure high levels of client satisfaction, enhance operational efficiency, open communication, trust, and responsibility and provide key strategic information to MDM Team Lead.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, committed to delivering results, meeting multiple deadlines, and able to work under pressure

Education and Experience:

• 4-year degree preferred in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management
• At least 1-2 years ofMaster Data Maintenance experience
