Job summary

Vertiv Co in Manila is seeking a Global Master Data Management Analyst to maintain data integrity across Customer and Supplier Master Data in Oracle and other systems. You will enter, profile, cleanse, and research data to support multiple business units.

Key duties include assigning reporting attributes, coding customer/supplier attributes, contributing to data audits, and processing new creation requests and ERP modifications. Strong collaboration and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1-3 years of master data management experience.
• Experience in Oracle and/or SAP.
• Strong organizational and deadline-driven abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented with data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data integrity by entering, profiling, cleansing and researching Master Data in Oracle and other systems.
• Assign reporting attributes and ensure data accuracy in customer data hierarchies.
• Code customer and supplier attributes in the systems.
• Contribute to data audits to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Receive and process new customer and vendor creation requests; handle modifications in ERP.
• Support all Vertiv business units with master data management.

Global Master Data Management Analyst

The Analyst, Master Data Management, maintain data integrity thru entering, profiling, cleansing, and researching data to support Customer and Supplier Master Data in Oracle and other systems in use. He will Support all business units of Vertiv, Inc. thru:

• Assigning reporting attributes and ensuring data integrity and accuracy in customer data hierarchies
• Coding in customer and supplier account attributions in the systems.
• Contribute to data audits to ensure accuracy and reliability of data.
• Manage and respond to customer and supplier related data questions from internal customers.
• Receive and process new customer and/or vendor creation requests from internal customers.
• Process all modifications requested and supported for customer/suppliers in relevant ERP database

Requirements:

• Exceptional organization and experience in master data management.
• Strong Team Effort and Leadership mentality.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proven proficiency in use of Oracle and/or SAP.
• Proven proficiency in use of MS Office Software – Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Applicable knowledge of Database maintenance through ERP Interface
• Highly organized, detail oriented, committed to deliver results, meeting multiple deadlines, and able to work under pressure.
