Qualifications

• 3–5 years of university studies in accounting or finance.
• 2–4 years of finance work experience preferred, but entry-level candidates are also considered.
• Understanding of transactional finance processes and regulations.
• Proficiency and strong knowledge in accounting/ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in Dynamics 365 is a strong plus.
• Strong soft skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Collaborative and learning-oriented mindset with accountability and care for people.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily activities within the P2P process, with possibility to move into O2C activities over time.
• Manage customer and vendor master data updates and inquiries, change of credit parameters, and periodic review of credit risk.
• Assist in opportunities for process improvements and implement efficiencies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely processes.
• Ensure activities are executed in compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
• Share knowledge, seek feedback, and continuously develop skills.

Job Description

Overall Description: Performs transactional finance activities in line with established procedures and templates

Success Criteria:

Previous experience and understanding of transactional finance activities, with focus on master data.

Collaborative and analytical with learning-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily activities within the P2P process, with possibility to move into O2C activities, depending on role assignment and business needs over time. Examples of activities include managing customer and vendor master data updates and inquiries, change of credit parameters, periodic review of credit risk and review of partner agreements.


• Assist in opportunities for process improvements and assist in implementing efficiencies.


• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely processes.


• Ensure daily activities are executed in compliance with agreed Service Levels and KPIs.


• Actively share knowledge with colleagues, seek and apply feedback, and continuously develop skills through collaboration.

Qualifications

Experience & Skills:

• 3-5 years of university studies in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.


• 2-4 years of finance work experience desirable, but entry-level candidates are also considered.


• Understanding of transactional finance processes and regulations.


• Proficiency and strong knowledge in accounting/ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in Dynamics 365 is a strong plus.


• Strong soft skills, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills.
