Job summary

AFRY is seeking a finance professional in the Philippines to perform transactional finance activities within established procedures and templates, based in Manila.

You will manage daily P2P tasks and could move into O2C over time, focusing on master data, credit parameters, and KPI-compliant processes, while collaborating and continuously developing skills to contribute to business results.

Qualifications

• University studies in accounting/finance preferred.
• 2-4 years finance work experience desirable, but entry-level candidates are also considered.
• Understanding of transactional finance processes and regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting/ERP systems and Microsoft Office; Dynamics 365 is a strong plus.
• Collaborative, analytical, and learning-oriented mindset with accountability.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily activities within the P2P process with potential expansion to O2C as needed.
• Manage customer and vendor master data updates and inquiries; adjust credit parameters.
• Periodically review credit risk and partner agreements for accuracy and compliance.
• Support process improvements and drive efficiencies alongside the team.
• Ensure activities align with SLAs and KPIs; share knowledge and develop skills.

Performs transactional finance activities in line with established procedures and templates

Success Criteria

Previous experience and understanding of transactional finance activities, with focus on master data.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily activities within the P2P process, with possibility to move into O2C activities, depending on role assignment and business needs over time. Examples of activities include managing customer and vendor master data updates and inquiries, change of credit parameters, periodic review of credit risk and review of partner agreements.
• Assist in opportunities for process improvements and assist in implementing efficiencies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely processes.
• Ensure daily activities are executed in compliance with agreed Service Levels and KPIs.
• Actively share knowledge with colleagues, seek and apply feedback, and continuously develop skills through collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of university studies in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
• 2-4 years of finance work experience desirable, but entry-level candidates are also considered.
• Understanding of transactional finance processes and regulations.
• Proficiency and strong knowledge in accounting/ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in Dynamics 365 is a strong plus.
• Strong soft skills, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Has a collaborative and learning-oriented mindset while continuously demonstrating interest and care for people.
• Results driven and client centric with sense of accountability, shown through ambition, attention to detail and desire to actively contribute to business results.
