Job summary

AFRY is seeking a finance professional to perform transactional activities focused on master data, with potential movement to O2C tasks. The role emphasizes collaboration, accuracy, and process improvement within a dynamic team.

Experience in accounting/ERP systems and proficiency with Microsoft Office are important; Dynamics 365 is a strong plus. This permanent position is based in Manila, Philippines, supporting regional and global projects.

Qualifications

3–5 years of university studies in accounting or finance.
2–4 years of finance work experience preferred, but entry-level candidates are also considered.
Understanding of transactional finance processes and regulations.
Proficiency and strong knowledge in accounting/ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in Dynamics 365 is a strong plus.
Strong soft skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Collaborative and learning-oriented mindset with accountability and care for people.

Responsibilities

Perform daily activities within the P2P process, with possibility to move into O2C activities over time.
Manage customer and vendor master data updates and inquiries, change of credit parameters, and periodic review of credit risk.
Assist in opportunities for process improvements and implement efficiencies.
Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely processes.
Ensure activities are executed in compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
Share knowledge, seek feedback, and continuously develop skills.
