Job summary

Remote Raven seeks a skilled Construction Scheduler to own masonry scope schedules within a large contractor framework. You will align with project managers, field teams and subs to drive baselines, track progress, and update schedules as field conditions evolve.

Ideal candidates bring 3–7 years in construction scheduling, hands-on CPM experience with Primavera/Microsoft Project, and strong Excel and English communication skills. This is a full-time remote role supporting US-based projects.

Qualifications

• Three to seven years in construction scheduling or project controls.
• Hands-on CPM scheduling experience building and updating schedules.
• Strong understanding of critical path, schedule logic and float.
• Experience updating schedules from field progress and reporting performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed baseline schedules for construction projects.
• Create activity sequences, durations, logic, milestones and critical path.
• Coordinate schedule development with project managers and field teams.
• Update schedules based on field progress and verify data from subs/vendors.
• Track dates, durations, percent complete and milestones.
• Prepare weekly/monthly schedule reports for stakeholders.
• Develop short-term look-ahead schedules and identify constraints.
• Incorporate changes and prepare recovery schedules when needed.
