Job summary

Remote Raven is seeking a Masonry Shop Drawing Architect / Designer to translate architectural and structural documents into precise masonry drawings for commercial projects. The role requires handling CMU, brick, stone, veneer, and reinforced masonry details, with coordination across architecture, engineering, and field teams.

You will produce detailed layouts, ensure adherence to specs, and support project coordination and submittals.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience producing architectural, structural, or masonry shop drawings.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD is required.
• Experience with Revit or other BIM software is preferred.
• Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and structural construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed masonry shop drawings for commercial projects.
• Develop plans, elevations, sections, details, and enlarged views for masonry installation.
• Coordinate with structural and architectural drawings and other trades.
• Review drawings for accuracy, constructability, and compliance with specs.
• Maintain drawing logs and respond to review comments in a timely manner.
