Job summary

ADP is seeking an Advantage consultant to provide a supplemental layer of support that complements the implementation process and is tailored to each organization's needs, focusing on automation and efficient workflows within the Workforce Now Platform.

You will partner with Payroll Specialists, HCM Consultants, Business Analysts, and Resource Managers to build client relationships, educate users on features, and guide change management across payroll, time and labor, HR, and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of WFN experience in client-facing roles.
• Experience with payroll, portal and HR modules in WFN.
• 1–2 years in client-facing support (implementation or service).
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and present opportunities across ADP solutions.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

As an Advantage consultant you will provide a supplemental layer of support that complements the implementation process and is customized to each organizations specific requirements. Through detailed consultative sessions focused on automation, Advantage listens and makes recommendations to create efficient workflow processes that target events in the lifecycle of employees. The personalized sessions ensure every level of the organization can fully leverage the Workforce Now Platform during their relationship with ADP. This is accomplished through:

• Partnering with Payroll Specialists, HCM Consultants, Business Analysts, and Resource Managers to align with strategic client needs.
• Develops relationships with clients by building rapport with the user community and key stakeholders.
• Establishing trust and credibility with clients.
• Consultative change management support
• Educating on system features for Practitioners, Managers and Employees.
• Performs needs analysis with client practitioners and key stakeholders in the areas of payroll, time and labor management, human resources, benefits administration, information technology, and related financial systems.

Qualifications Required:

• 2-4 Years of WFN experience, preferably in client-facing applications and processes.
• o Payroll, Portal and HR modules within WFN
• 1-2 Years of client-facing support preferably in either implementation or service (voice or chat support).
• Ability to deliver expert-level presentations in a virtual environment.
• Demonstrated expert-level business acumen. Highly developed communication, listening, probing, analysis, and presentation skills.
• Ability to effectively probe and identify opportunities across the ADP solution suite from Recruitment to Retirement.
• Ability to effectively project manage multiple clients.
