Job summary

ADP seeks an NAS HCM Service Consultant specializing in WFN payroll to support clients using our HCM software solutions. You will ensure accurate payroll processing and act as a trusted advisor for payroll-related inquiries.

In this role, you will provide advanced product and technical support to National Account clients, build strong client relationships, and offer consultative insights to streamline processes and maximize system usage.

Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in PC navigation and Microsoft Office tools.
Understands and can troubleshoot client issues effectively.
Demonstrated experience in client support for technical software applications.
Ability to communicate with internal and external partners.
Must have high level of responsibility to own clients' issues and inquiries.
1+ year experience in logical troubleshooting, problem solving, and following escalation processes.
Ability to manage time and prioritize multiple client issues and meetings.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive support and consultation to clients using HCM software solutions.
Ensure accurate and efficient payroll processing for clients.
Serve as trusted advisor on payroll-related inquiries.
Build strong relationships with client contacts and provide guidance on best practices.
Offer ongoing consultative insights to streamline processes and maximize system usage.
Research, troubleshoot, and resolve ADP/client application issues related to setup, functionality, enhancements, and inquiries.
Communicate with customers to resolve issues, set priorities, and provide prompt follow-up.
Maintain integrity and ethical standards in all interactions.
