Booth & Partners in Manila is seeking a Marketplace Renewal Specialist to manage renewals, quotes, and forecasting across Marketplace offerings, partnering with Sales, Operations, and Vendors to ensure accuracy and speed.

You will build 60-day quotes, track upcoming renewals, create dashboards, and drive process improvements to enhance customer and employee experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment. Strong communication and time management are essential to navigate a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in SaaS renewals or sales support.
• Understanding of MRS roles and responsibilities.
• Excellent customer service mindset.
• Ability to work in cross-functional, matrix environments.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork orientation.
• Time management and prioritization across streams.
• Problem-solving with ability to drive process changes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end renewal opportunity lifecycle.
• Build and provide quotes 60-days prior to renewal.
• Forecast and manage upcoming renewals for Marketplace offerings.
• Create and monitor dashboards to achieve quote targets.
• Become well versed in platforms required to execute accurate renewals (SFDC, Marketplace).
• Regularly interact and proactively communicate with external vendors.
• Identify and drive process improvements that will improve both customer and employee experience.
• Educate and support your peers on renewals processes to ensure seamless transactions.
