Job summary

Hyperbrands Corporation is hiring an E-commerce Associate to manage day-to-day marketplace operations for our online channels. You will launch campaigns, maintain product listings, optimize store content, and generate reports across multiple platforms to support our pet care and FMCG brands.

The role collaborates with E-commerce, Commercial, Marketing, Creative, Inventory, Finance, Customer Service, and Technology teams to ensure accurate campaigns and a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, Entrepreneurship, Communications, Information Systems, or related field.
• At least one year of relevant experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, digital merchandising, online retail, or marketing operations.
• Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or other major e-commerce platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Execute marketplace campaigns, promotions, vouchers, flash sales, and platform-led activities.
• Perform campaign setup, validation, launch monitoring, and post-campaign documentation.
• Maintain campaign trackers and ensure timely completion of operational deliverables.
• Escalate operational issues promptly to minimize business impact.
• Create, update, and maintain accurate product listings across marketplace platforms.
• Ensure product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory information remain accurate.
• Monitor product availability and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve listing or inventory issues.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports on sales, advertising performance, orders, and listing performance.
• Monitor key operational metrics and identify exceptions requiring immediate attention.
