Job summary

JoyRide Superapp is seeking a Marketplace Growth Manager in the Philippines to drive customer and driver growth, activation, retention, and reactivation across the platform. This hands-on role partners with Management to identify opportunities and execute initiatives spanning promotions, incentives, launches, and marketplace programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in growth, marketplace operations, marketing, commercial strategy, or related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with promotions, incentives, digital campaigns, retention programs, launches, and market activations.
• Highly hands-on, proactive, and comfortable personally driving execution.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and project management skills.
• Able to identify opportunities beyond traditional marketing channels.
• Comfortable working directly with Senior Management in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience in mobility, delivery, fintech, e-commerce, lifestyle apps, or other two-sided digital marketplaces is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve customer and driver acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation
• Analyze customer and driver behavior, activity, churn, market trends, and campaign performance
• Develop and execute promotions, incentives, reactivation campaigns, and other growth initiatives.
• Manage promo mechanics, targeting, promo codes, campaign schedules, and launch requirements.
• Support regional and service launches, including customer and driver acquisition activities.
• Work with in-house teams and third-party consultants/agencies to plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns.
• Identify and pursue offline and on-the-ground marketing opportunities that can support customer and driver growth.
• Explore relevant events, partnerships, activations, and community opportunities and other potential growth channels.
• Coordinate closely with Marketing, Operations, Product, Data, and other concerned teams to execute initiatives effectively.
• Work with Data to identify trends, target segments, growth gaps, and opportunities.
• Track results and recommend what to scale, improve, test, or stop.
• Provide regular growth insights and recommendations directly to Management.
