Job summary

JoyRide in Manila is seeking a hands-on, analytical Manager – Platform & Business Operations to improve the performance and operations of its digital platforms. You will work across core platforms, leveraging data, feedback, and market insights to identify gaps and drive measurable improvements.

This role requires turning insights into practical business actions with cross-functional execution across Operations, Technology, Marketing, and other teams.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of relevant experience in platform, business, product, marketplace, or growth operations.
• Experience in marketplaces, e-commerce, fintech, logistics, delivery, mobility, or similar app-based businesses preferred.
• Proactive, curious, self-directed and highly accountable with strong ownership.
• Strong analytical skills with data, dashboards, Excel/Google Sheets, and KPIs.
• Tech-savvy and hands-on with apps, admin/backend tools, configurations and operational systems.
• Strong understanding of customer journeys, platform usability, feature adoption, and processes.
• Commercially minded with problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills.
• Ability to turn data and observations into practical actions and business outcomes.
• Strong project execution skills to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Continuously review JoyRide platforms to identify friction points and improvement opportunities.
• Analyze data, dashboards, feedback, and market observations to evaluate business performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer and driver journeys, onboarding and feature adoption.
• Deep-dive into performance trends and anomalies to determine root causes and interventions.
• Translate findings into actionable initiatives and collaborate with Operations, Technology, Marketing and other teams.
• Own key initiatives such as customer promotions, driver incentives, and regional launches from planning to optimization.
• Coordinate operational responses to major platform incidents and ensure resolution.
• Monitor competitor activity to identify opportunities, risks, and market gaps.
• Track initiative performance and provide insights to Management.
