Job summary

GSM - Xanh SM is seeking a Marketplace Manager to drive the commercial performance of its ride-hailing Marketplace. You will own the reporting backbone, turning platform data into actionable insights that guide Operations, Sales, and Marketing strategy.

You will design dashboards, monitor KPIs, and lead a team to convert data into growth initiatives. This onsite role is based at MOA Complex, Pasay City, Philippines, requiring strong analytics, communication, and leadership in a fast-paced

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
Proven leadership experience in data or analytics management, ideally in technology or transportation.
Strong analytical skills and ability to structure large datasets for decision making.
Hands-on proficiency with BI tools (BigQuery, Power BI) and automated reporting.
Excellent communication skills for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data models for cross-functional teams.
Analyze platform data to surface opportunities and translate insights into recommendations.
Own KPI monitoring and cadence, delivering regular performance updates.
Partner with teams to turn requirements into analytical solutions and automated reports.
Lead market and competitive analysis to inform strategy and planning.
Manage ad-hoc analyses and special projects to address growth opportunities.
Lead, mentor, and coach the analytics team to drive performance.
