Job summary

JoyRide is seeking a hands-on, analytical Manager - Platform & Business Operations with a strong commercial mindset to help continuously improve how our platforms operate and perform. Reporting directly to Management, you will work across JoyRide’s core platforms, using data, feedback, and direct platform review to identify gaps, inefficiencies, growth opportunities, and areas for improvement.

The role requires someone comfortable getting into the details – understanding customer and driver

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in platform/business/product operations or related roles.
• Experience in marketplaces, e-commerce, fintech, logistics, or app-based businesses.
• Proactive, curious, and self-directed, with strong ownership.
• Strong analytical skills with data, dashboards, KPIs.
• Tech-savvy, hands-on with backend tools and operational systems.
• Deep understanding of customer journeys and feature adoption.
• Commercial mindset with cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Continuously review JoyRide’s platforms to identify friction, inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Use data, customer and driver feedback, support insights, and market observations to understand business performance and identify areas requiring action.
• Identify ways to improve customer and driver journeys, feature awareness and adoption, onboarding, in-app guidance, and operational processes.
• Deep-dive into performance trends and anomalies to understand what is driving them and identify appropriate interventions.
• Translate findings into initiatives and work across Operations, Tech, and Marketing to drive execution.
• Own key business initiatives including customer promotions, driver incentives, and regional launches, from planning through execution, performance monitoring, and optimization.
• Coordinate the operational response to significant platform incidents and ensure actions are follow through to resolution.
• Monitor competitor and marketplace activity to identify relevant opportunities, gaps, and risks.
