• Develop and execute growth and operational strategies with Management.
• Monitor customer and driver activity, region performance, and key metrics.
• Identify performance gaps, growth opportunities, and supply-demand issues.
• Translate priorities into action plans and drive cross-team execution.
• Improve customer/driver acquisition, retention, and activity.
• Plan and support regional launches, promotions, and growth programs.
• Monitor promos and campaigns and adjust based on performance.
• Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, Product, Data, Support for timely execution.
• Identify partnership, events, and business development opportunities.
• Conduct market and competitor monitoring and recommend actions.
• Support marketing and growth initiatives, including local activations and digital campaigns.
• Track initiatives, follow up deliverables, surface blockers, ensure completion.
• Prepare regular performance updates and next steps for Management.
• Take ownership of special projects related to growth and expansion.
