Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data entry, e-commerce operations, marketplace operations, or catalog management.
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Sheets including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
• Experience with large product catalogs and data projects.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to work with bulk data files and marketplace templates.

Responsibilities

• Create, upload, and maintain product listings across Wayfair, eBay, Walmart, Lowe's, and Home Depot marketplaces.
• Enter and update product data, including titles, descriptions, images, attributes, pricing, and inventory.
• Work with large product catalogs and bulk data files, including CSV and XLSX templates.
• Perform bulk uploads and updates while maintaining a high level of data accuracy.
• Monitor listings for errors, suppressions, policy violations, content issues, or data mismatches and resolve them promptly.
• Ensure product content meets each marketplace's specific formatting, category, data, and compliance requirements.
• Reconcile inventory, pricing, and order data between internal systems and marketplace platforms.
• Track and troubleshoot listing and catalog issues, including content errors, inventory sync issues, or marketplace data problems.
• Coordinate with merchandising, fulfillment, customer service and other internal teams to keep marketplace data aligned with source systems.
• Generate and maintain reports related to listing status, catalog health, data accuracy, and marketplace performance.
• Stay current on marketplace portal, policy, and data requirement updates.
• Support marketplace data projects and other catalog-related initiatives as needed.
