Job summary

Outsource Accelerator is seeking a proactive e-commerce marketplace specialist to manage product listings across Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, and our webstore. You will optimize content, track KPIs, and drive listing performance through data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities include coordinating stock with warehouse, responding to customer inquiries, and supporting marketing with listing alignment. Strong English writing and at least 2 years of experience are essential.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years' experience in e-commerce sales or marketplace management.
Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and eBay Seller Hub.
Strong listing optimisation, SEO, and marketplace conversion knowledge.
Experience with inventory or order management platforms (BaseLinker, Linnworks, Veeqo).
Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets with data reporting skills.
Excellent written English; ability to write clear product content.
Highly organised and self-directed for remote work.
Comfortable using AI/LLM tools to boost productivity.

Responsibilities

Own and optimise product listings across Amazon, eBay, and webstore.
Write SEO-optimised content to boost search visibility and conversion.
Analyse performance data to improve listings and pricing strategies.
Coordinate stock with warehouse to prevent stockouts and overselling.
