You will ensure accurate, SEO-optimized product information and continuously refresh listings with updated specs and visuals. Responsibilities include inventory coordination, preventing overselling, handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and analyzing marketplace data to drive sales and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage product listings on various online marketplaces (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, specialized industry marketplaces)
• Ensure product information is accurate, detailed, and optimized for search visibility
• Continuously update product listings with new information, images, and specifications
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure timely restocking
• Manage and update stock availability on marketplace platforms to avoid overselling
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues through marketplace messaging systems
• Handle customer complaints and returns in a professional manner
• Track and analyze sales data from marketplaces to identify trends and opportunities
• Provide regular reports on marketplace performance to management
• Use insights to make data-driven decisions to improve sales and profitability
• Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase product visibility and sales
