Job summary

Green GSM is seeking an Analytics Marketplace Manager to drive commercial performance for its ride-hailing Marketplace. You will own reporting, dashboards, and data models, surfacing opportunities and guiding decisions for Operations, Sales, and Marketing.

You will lead a team in a fast-paced environment, mentor analysts, and work onsite at MOA Complex in Pasay City to deliver timely insights and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience in data or analytics management, ideally in technology or transportation.
• Strong analytical skills — able to collect, structure, analyze, and interpret large datasets to drive decisions.
• Hands-on proficiency with data and BI tools (e.g., BigQuery, Power BI) and the ability to build automated reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data models that give Operations, Sales, and Marketing a single source of truth on Marketplace performance.
• Analyze platform data to surface commercial opportunities, supply-demand gaps, and performance trends, and translate them into clear recommendations for stakeholders.
• Own KPI monitoring and reporting cadence, delivering regular performance updates to management and cross-functional teams.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to turn business requirements into analytical solutions and automated reporting.
• Lead market and competitive analysis to inform Marketplace strategy, product roadmaps, and operational planning.
• Manage ad-hoc analysis and special projects that address specific business challenges or growth opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and coach the team, setting strategy and driving performance beyond target.
