Job summary

GSM - Green SM in the Philippines seeks a seasoned leader to head the Marketplace Department. You will balance vehicle/driver supply and passenger demand across the Green SM network, maximizing fleet utilization, trip fulfillment, and marketplace efficiency while safeguarding driver earnings and unit economics.

You will turn demand intelligence into supply decisions, lead analytics governance, and drive cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Product/Tech.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, data science or related field.
• 8+ years of leadership experience in marketplace, commercial, or data analytics functions.
• Proven track record of owning marketplace performance and leading analytics teams.
• Ability to translate large data sets into strategic executive narratives.
• Hands-on with data/BI tools (BigQuery, Power BI) and data governance.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision, roadmap, and targets for the Marketplace function.
• Build and maintain supply and demand forecasts nationwide.
• Plan fleet and driver positioning to meet forecasted demand.
• Collaborate with Marketing on demand-generation and retention campaigns.
• Coordinate with Fleet Operations, Depot, and Charging teams for EV fleet constraints.
• Own core marketplace health metrics and unit economics of incentives.
