Job summary

Angkas in Manila seeks a Regional Growth Lead to translate data into operational improvements for riders and driver-partners across cities. You’ll own marketplace analytics, dashboards, and KPI tracking, collaborating with City Operations, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Data teams to drive real-world impact.

You’ll design incentive programs, run experiments, support city launches, and provide ROI analyses to improve unit economics and rider/driver experience in a fast-paced, startup

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in business operations, strategy, analytics, or a similar role.
• Experience in ride-hailing, logistics, e-commerce, or on-demand marketplaces is a strong plus.
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL.
• Familiarity with BI/visualization tools Looker/Tableau/Power BI.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills; comfortable working with ambiguous, messy, real-world data.
• Excellent communication skills — able to translate complex data into simple, actionable narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
• Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor marketplace health metrics and dashboards for city-level and national performance.
• Analyze supply-demand imbalances by city/zone and time-of-day; recommend strategies.
• Identify and redesign inefficient operational workflows and document SOPs.
• Prepare weekly/monthly business performance reports for leadership.
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, and Product on initiatives and ROI analyses.
• Detect fraud patterns and ensure regulatory compliance across operations.
• Support city launches with market sizing, seeding, and performance tracking.
