Job summary

Angkas (DBDOYC, Inc) is seeking a Regional Growth Lead to blend data, strategy, and on-the-ground execution across the Philippines. You will monitor marketplace performance, guide operational improvements, and collaborate with City Operations, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Data teams to turn insights into actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in operations, strategy, analytics, or a similar role.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and SQL for large datasets.
• Familiarity with BI tools like Looker/Tableau/Power BI.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Startup/ marketplace experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of local transport regulations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor marketplace metrics across supply, demand, and efficiency.
• Build dashboards using SQL and BI tools to track performance.
• Analyze and root-cause metric deviations.
• Translate data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Model incentives and ROI for driver programs.
• Collaborate with City Operations to implement changes.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Support new city launches and market sizing.
• Identify process inefficiencies and document SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with regulations.
