  • Strong knowledge of social media, digital marketing, promotions, branding, and content development.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the implementation of marketing campaigns, promotions, and activities for the hotel/resort.
  • Assist in developing marketing plans and promotional strategies aligned with business and revenue objectives.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of social media platforms, website content, and other digital marketing channels.
  • Coordinate the preparation and execution of seasonal promotions, packages, events, and special offers.
  • Monitor marketing campaign performance and prepare regular reports and recommendations for management.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Front Office, Events, and Operations teams to ensure consistent execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with external partners such as travel agencies, influencers, media partners, suppliers, and other marketing partners.
  • Supervise the development of marketing materials, including social media content, photos, videos, brochures, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure proper implementation of brand standards and marketing guidelines across all channels.
  • Conduct basic market and competitor monitoring and provide insights on trends and opportunities.
  • Assist in coordinating hotel/resort events, activations, photoshoots, and promotional activities.
  • Guide, monitor, and evaluate the performance of marketing staff and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Monitor marketing expenses and coordinate with management regarding marketing budgets and resource requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing activities based on guest feedback and market trends.

About the role

The Marketing Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and supervising the implementation of marketing activities that promote the hotel/resort’s brand, services, facilities, and special offers. The role supports brand awareness, guest engagement, bookings, and revenue objectives through digital marketing, promotions, partnerships, and events. The Marketing Supervisor works closely with the Sales, Operations, and Management teams and provides guidance to marketing staff to ensure campaigns are properly executed.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.

  • At least 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably with supervisory or team-lead experience.

  • Advantage: With experience in hotel, resort, hospitality, tourism, or leisure industry marketing.

  • Strong knowledge of social media marketing, digital marketing, promotions, branding, and content development.

  • Experience in coordinating marketing campaigns, events, partnerships, and promotional activities.

  • Good understanding of hospitality marketing and guest acquisition strategies is highly preferred.

  • Knowledge of OTA platforms such as Agoda, Booking.com, Traveloka, and similar platforms is an advantage.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, Meta Business Suite, and other relevant marketing tools.

  • Strong communication, coordination, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Organized, creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple marketing activities simultaneously.

  • Demonstrated ability to supervise, motivate, and coordinate a small marketing team.

  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays when required for hotel/resort events and promotional activities.
