Job Description

• Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with company objectives and sales targets.
• Identify target markets and key customer segments; recommend positioning strategies to strengthen brand awareness.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform promotional efforts and product messaging.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline) to drive lead generation and increase product visibility.
• Coordinate with sales, product, and warehouse teams to align promotional efforts with inventory and sales priorities.
• Manage company participation in trade shows, exhibits, and customer events.
• Oversee social media strategy, email marketing, and website content updates.
• Create marketing materials, such as brochures, product sheets, case studies, newsletters, and digital content.
• Track and analyse digital marketing metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and optimize accordingly.
• Support customer relationship-building initiatives including feedback surveys, loyalty programs, and personalized communication efforts.
• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms and customer touchpoints.
• Support visual merchandising, product displays, and in-store promotional materials where applicable.
• Prepare monthly marketing performance reports and recommend action plans based on results.
• Track ROI of campaigns and marketing spend to guide future budget allocation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years relevant work experience in marketing, preferably in design fields, importation, or B2B sales environment.
• Experience working in medium-sized business or with limited resources is a plus.
• Strong creative thinking with excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Filipino).
• Analytical and data-driven; proficient in interpreting marketing metrics and turning data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Canva/Adobe, and basic digital marketing tools (Facebook Business Suite, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms).
• Organized, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
• Familiarity with lighting or hydration product industries is an advantage but not required.
