• Good working knowledge of freight forwarding services, air freight forwarding services, air freight (import & export), consolidation, customs brokerage, and other related services.
• Good communication skills and customer service skills.
• Must be able to work under pressure and efficiently within the time commitments.
• Must have strong management skills and be able to efficiently manage a team, and liaise with other operations teams.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and any software related to sales and marketing.
