Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing and promotional activities.
• Manage and create content for LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
• Conduct lead generation and prospect research.
• Build and maintain client and lead databases.
• Source potential remote employees via LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, and others.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews.
• Coordinate candidate interviews and follow-ups.
• Communicate with applicants and potential clients professionally.
• Maintain and update marketing, sales, and recruitment trackers.
• Monitor and report progress on leads, candidates, and marketing activities.
• Assist with other business development, recruitment, and administrative tasks as needed.
• Handle multiple responsibilities while meeting deadlines.

Job Summary

TNE Global Workforce is looking for a proactive, adaptable, and highly organized Marketing & Recruitment Specialist to join our in‑house team. This role will support TNE's marketing efforts, lead generation activities, and recruitment of remote professionals.

The ideal candidate is a multitasker who can manage different priorities, communicate confidently with people, and is willing to learn and take initiative.

Key Responsibilities
