Position: Marketing & Recruitment Specialist

Job Summary

TNE Global Workforce is looking for a proactive, adaptable, and highly organized Marketing & Recruitment Specialist to join our in-house team. This role will support TNE's marketing efforts, lead generation activities, and recruitment of remote professionals.

The ideal candidate is a multitasker who can manage different priorities, communicate confidently with people, and is willing to learn and take initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing TNE's marketing and promotional activities
• Manage and create content for LinkedIn and other social media platforms
• Conduct lead generation and prospect research
• Build and maintain accurate client and lead databases
• Source potential remote employees through LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, and other platforms
• Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews
• Coordinate candidate interviews and follow-ups
• Communicate with applicants and potential clients professionally
• Maintain and update marketing, sales, and recruitment trackers
• Monitor and report progress on leads, candidates, and marketing activities
• Assist with other business development, recruitment, and administrative tasks as needed
• Handle multiple responsibilities while meeting deadlines

• Comfortable talking to and interviewing people
• Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing
• Comfortable using LinkedIn, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and other online platforms

• Previous experience in marketing, recruitment, HR, sales, customer service, or lead generation is an advantage but not required
