Yempo - Your Employees Offshore is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing Team with engaging campaigns, content, and company initiatives. You will work closely with the Marketing Executive and Marketing Manager, helping with day-to-day marketing activities, campaign planning, reporting, and event coordination.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in a digital marketing role.
• Ideally experience in B2B marketing.
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.

Role

As a Marketing Assistant, this will support the Marketing Team of the client in delivering engaging campaigns, content, and company initiatives. Working closely alongside the Marketing Executive and the Marketing Manager, this role will play a key part in supporting day-to-day marketing activities, campaign planning, reporting, and event coordination.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow within a fast-paced marketing environment while gaining hands-on experience across digital marketing within a large company.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign & Strategy Support

• Support the Marketing Executive with campaign planning and marketing strategies
• Assist in creating campaign packs, presentations, and research documents
• Conduct market trends and competitor research
• Help coordinate campaign timelines

Reporting & Analytics

• Create and analyze monthly marketing reports
• Track campaign performance and engagement metrics

Email Marketing

• Design, create, and publish email marketing campaigns
• Support audience segmentation and email scheduling
• Monitor email campaign performance and engagement

Social Media & Content

• Engage with audiences across social media platforms
• Schedule and publish content across various channels
• Assist with creating engaging marketing content including:
  • Blogs and internal news/updates
  • Case studies
  • Publication pieces
  • Company updates

Events & Internal Marketing

• Support the planning and promotion of company events and initiatives
• Assist with organizing: Charity days, Strategy planning sessions and Company celebrations

Comply with the Organization’s Information Security Management System (ISMS), including all applicable information security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.

Skills & Experience

• At least 1 years’ experience in a Digital Marketing Role
• Ideally experience in B2B marketing
• Or/and a degree qualified in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Confidence using social media platforms and digital marketing tools
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Good analytical and reporting skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Software
• Experience with Canva, email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, or scheduling tools is desirable
