You will manage marketing systems, execute campaigns, ensure data integrity across CRM platforms, and support a fast-paced mortgage-focused organization with automation and data-driven strategies.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in marketing operations or coordination, ideally within real estate or mortgage.
• Experience with automation, data-driven campaigns, and data integrity.
• Knowledge of mortgage/real estate compliance guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Leverage and manage existing marketing systems and tools—plug and play without building from scratch.
• Customize marketing templates by updating market-specific stats and messaging.
• Execute SMS and email marketing campaigns on schedule within compliance standards.
• Monitor and adjust campaign performance using KPIs, open rates, CTRs, and conversions.
• Conduct data clean-up and segmentation to ensure CRM accuracy.
• Maintain data integrity across marketing efforts per company policies.
• Implement workflows using marketing automation platforms and CRM integrations.
• Collaborate with loan officers, agents, and operations teams to align marketing with business goals.
